1. All placements done by Astra would be billed at 10% of the annual gross of the candidate in junior level and 12.5 % for the middle level .This includes all monthly & annual , Allowances and reimbersement.

2. For Senior postings the service charge are 16.66 - 20 % of the gross of the selected candidate.

3. A copy of the appointment letter issued to the candidate must be forwarded to us.

4.All parties will treat all matters relating to personal selection in strict confidence.

5.All payements are to be made within a week after the candidate's joining.

6 .Free placement would be provided if the candidate leavs the organization with in a span of 90 days without any additional charges. This condition does not hold good of the company terminates the candidate.
